Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Reasons to Return
Wrong Address - If end customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and customer be liable for the cost of a reshipment.
Returned by Customer - It is best to advise end customers to contact us before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges are to be offered at customers expense and discretion. A new order, at your expense, would need to be placed for an updated size.

Incorrect, missing or damaged goods
If, after accepting the parcel, you find you have received incorrect, missing or damaged goods, you must notify us within 1 calendar day to validate your claim.
In the event that an ordered product is temporarily unavailable, we will contact you to inform you of your options, ordinarily:
- A delay in the delivery
- A replacement product
- A refund of the unavailable product
- The cancellation and full refund of the order
